Isaiah 8:14
HEB: וּלְאֶ֣בֶן נֶ֠גֶף וּלְצ֨וּר מִכְשׁ֜וֹל לִשְׁנֵ֨י
NAS: to strike and a rock to stumble
KJV: of stumbling and for a rock of offence
INT: A stone to strike rock to stumble to both
