Deuteronomy 15:11
HEB: לְאָחִ֧יךָ לַעֲנִיֶּ֛ךָ וּלְאֶבְיֹנְךָ֖ בְּאַרְצֶֽךָ׃ ס
KJV: to thy poor, and to thy needy, in thy land.
