HEB: וְלֹ֥א שָׁמְע֖וּ לְקוֹלִֽי׃
NAS: and has not listened to My voice,
KJV: and have not hearkened unto my voice;

Psalm 81:11
HEB: שָׁמַ֣ע עַמִּ֣י לְקוֹלִ֑י וְ֝יִשְׂרָאֵ֗ל לֹא־
